Winter Music Conference 2007 expects "an overall record breaking turnout"

According to director Bill Kelly, the 22nd annual Winter Music Conference is expecting "an overall record breaking turnout." Fueled by a new online registration system, the response to the first delegate registration deadline exceeded recent years.
