The transformation of Kaci Battaglia from tween popstar ("Paradise," "Tu Amors," "I Think I Love You") to sultry dance vixen continues with the release of "Body Shots." Following up her chart-topping "Crazy Possessive," Kaci sings of a debauched night out getting drunk with her friends. With mentions of whipped cream, wet dreams and sucking it down in the lyrics, the inclusion of a rap by Ludacris seemed like a no-brainer. The original version is perfect for pop radio and remixes by Dave Aude and Wawa energize it for clubs. The record is instant. The first time I played it at the club, the crowd was into it and people were either holding up their phones to Shazam it or running up to ask me what it was. Could this be the song that crosses Kaci over to the mainstream? Simply answered, "uh-huh". I think EVERYONE will like it.
