DJ Ron: Definitely! Speaking of the crazy life, have you been hanging down in Miami a lot?
Kristine W: I went down there for spring break and that was fun!
DJ Ron: I ask because two of the songs "I'll Be Your Light" and "Letting Go" both have a very distinctive Florida sound to them.
Kristine W: Oh, you think "I'll Be Your Light" has a Florida sound?
DJ Ron: It's like "Beachball" which was such a huge record down there.
Kristine W: Oh wow, which other one do you think sounds Florida?
DJ Ron: "Letting Go".
Kristine W: Oh really, that's interesting. Isn't "Letting Go" cool?
DJ Ron: It's a great track. What's funny about "Letting Go" is that when I heard "Save My Soul" coming on, I was expecting it to be "Letting Go" because the music sounds like it would fit perfectly with "Letting Go".
Kristine W: Oh wow..
DJ Ron: So I have been listening to this album a little too much lately
Kristine W: Oh yes, do you like it Ron?
DJ Ron: Yes, I like it a lot. There's a real variety of sounds on this album, you were talking about this before - do they sort of reflect what you are listening to and what you hear in the clubs?
Kristine W: Yes, definitely. This album's pretty much patterned around where I've been, with tracks inspired by feedback of people telling me they wanted to hear and what they thought would be cool. The album is varied moodwise, bringing several different moods to light.
DJ Ron: Different moods, so what song has really moved you lately?
Kristine W: Boy, let's see. One song that really moved me is the title track of that movie, Daredevil, the one with the girl singing on it and the guy rapping.
DJ Ron: Oh the Evanescence record, "Bring Me to Life"?
Kristine W: Yes, it's a powerful song, it's like Sarah McLachlan singing and the Korn guy rapping.
DJ Ron: So is that what's in your CD player right now?
Kristine W: Let's see. My album.
DJ Ron: What a coincidence! What else is in your CD player?
Kristine W: Scumfrog's "Music Revolution"
DJ Ron: Oh, that's a hot track. Would you care to point out a single remix that has really rocked your world?
Kristine W: Well I like Scumfrog's remix of "Fly Again", that was really rockin! And I like what I've been hearing from Timo Maas, especially his "Music for the Masses 2 " CD.
DJ Ron: Wow, we really think alike! What kind of input do you have on the remixers who work on your music?
Kristine W: That's pretty much the label's thing but I'll give them a few ideas once in a while. Victor Lee is really good at that, he's very, very good.
DJ Ron: He has an amazing ear.
Kristine W: Yes, he does.
DJ Ron: The new CD is being packaged as a double CD, with the second disc being the remixes, what was the inspiration for this?
Kristine W: Clubland of course, and DJs. Chris Cox helped me do it, I thought it would be a fun tool for the DJs to keep the night pumping and they could put it on and let them go dance to it if they wanted to.
DJ Ron: Well, speaking of DJs, I've asked a bunch of DJs on Rico's message board what they would like to ask you, and just about all of them ask the same question.
Kristine W: What's that?
DJ Ron: Any chance of a reunion with Rollo?
Kristine W: Getting back with Rollo?
DJ Ron: And doing a track with him?
Kristine W: I would love to, I would really love to.
