Radikal Records Presents: Dance Hits USA 2

Another fine cd from Radikal Record, this one is billed as "18 of Today's Hottest Dance Hits" and it surely delivers on that. This non mixed album features several revamped hits such as the pop hit 'Holiday" touched up nicely by MadHouse as well as a personal favorite "You're Not Alone" from ATB. Originally recorded by Olive, I found this version more refreshing and upbeat than the landmark Oakenfold & Osbornie remix. Other classics retouched are Sinead O' Connor's "Troy" (in the gorgeous Phoenix from the Flame mix), Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" (covered on the trance tip by Novaspace) and a reworking of Faithless' classic "Insomnia" by the Night Watchers.

The Cd is not just cover versions / remixes though, the absolutely brilliant "dust.wav" by Perpetuous Dreamer (produced by Armin Van Buuren) stands out with excellent tracks from Marc Aurel ("Running") and Marc et Claude "Feel You."

Dance Hits USA:2 is another great compilation of current dance tracks that can easily become classics. The cd is definitely worth considering if you are looking for several of your favorites hit on one cd.

Radikal Records seems to be dominating the hot dance hit compilation album market, and with good reason, I haven't been dissapointed in any of the last several records they have released. Check out the samples below, and enjoy!
