Robbins Records
Quickmixing, originally credited to Grandmaster Flash, is the skill/art of mixing several records together in rapid succession. In the days of hip hop, mixing 100 records in 25 minutes was the sign of a true quickmix DJ and Bad Boy Bill reigns supreme with 70 minute CDs containing more than 40 songs.

For QuickMix:1, the Happy Boys (the inhouse Robbins DJ Team) blend 5 dance hits in about 16 minutes by essentialy mixing outro beats of radio edits into the next song over a span of 10 seconds or less. The song selection covers the basis with progressive (Cassius), eurodisco (Kreo), diva (Reina, Jocelyn Enriquez), and trancepop (Lasgo).

The blends are smooth if a bit jarring with vocals barely missing each other. The transition between "No Way No How" to "Alone" is quite unique, using a cold stop to jump into an atmospheric intro. Priced at under $10, the compilation is probably aimed at younger buyers wanting the big hits they hear on the radio in quick succession to satisfy their appetites.
