Also known as the "Disco Globes," the annual event is held to celebrate the contributions and accomplishments of the industry's best in design, technology, performance, and promotion.
In attendance were representatives from superstar venues Crobar and Ice, as well as many others. Technology firms like American DJ and Pioneer also were there in hopes of their own recognition in categories such as "Best DJ Product" and "Best DJ Series."
As host, The Scumfrog enjoyed sharing the stage with two of Vivid Film's hottest stars. An extensive cast of celebrities including Kelly Osborne, Sandra Collins, D-Fuse, and Thomas Ian Nicholas (of American Pie fame) presented awards for various categories. Despite a few celebrity slip-ups and humorous anecdotes, the event went off without a hitch.
