Traktor S4

After a flash video leaked online last month, the Traktor Kontrol S4 has been buzzing quite a bit. The midi mappable controller includes a 4 channel mixer (with control for two analog stereo inputs ie CD player or turntable), a solid 24 bit/96 kHz soundcard, superior faders/knobs which are lit and colored and natural feeling/sensitive jog wheels. After playing with it for a few minutes, I can say that the buzz is justified and its easy to see the influence of controllerism-guru Ean Golden who was involved with its development. At the price of $899 the Kontrol S4 should be a major player in the controller market.
