Fedde Le Grand - 2007 Interview
"Put Your Hands Up for Detroit" is the tech jam that exploded out of
nowhere, and Dutchman Fedde La Grand has been touring solidly since
its release. By no means a one-hit wonder, the follow-up track "The
Creeps" was a major top 10 hit all over Europe. Add in some remixes
of major club records by Erick E and Mr. V, as well as a remix of pop
superstar Robbie Williams, it looks like Fedde is going to be around

Teri Bristol and Tod Miner - TnT Interview
TnT is an apt name for the team of Teri Bristol and Tod Miner because
their music is quite energetic and explosive. Chicago-based producers
and DJs, the two came together, blending their musical backgrounds to
form an amazing team. With their take on the Waitresses "I Know What
Boys Like" blowing up in clubs, look for a club tour with lots of live
elements in the very near future.
D:Fuse and Hiratzka - Skyline Lounge Interview
To call D:Fuse and Mike Hiratzka ambitious is an understatement.
Releasing "Skyline Lounge," a genre-bending self-penned album fusing
electronic and live instrumentation with vocalists including Kristy
Thirsk, DJ Rap, and MC Flint is quite a gamble. But launching a new
digital-only label Lost Angeles Recordings as the platform might just
be their first step to world domination.
Chris Fortier Interview
With As Long As This Moment Exists, Chris Fortier makes his debut artist
album, which is quite extraordinary considering his many
accomplishments. One of the original DJs on the legendary Orlando
progressive dance music scene of the early 80s/late 90s, Chris ran the

Tomcraft Interview
With tracks like "Punk da Funk," "Loneliness," and "Brainwashed,"
anytime I see Tomcraft on a track, I know that it's going to sound
good in a DJ set. His new single with Naidoo, "People Like Them," is
no exception – dark, dramatic and pounding, his trademark sound. With
the upcoming CD release, tentatively titled "TOB," Tomcraft (aka
Thomas Brückner), has teamed up with members of Gus Gus, Republica,

Armand Van Helden - GhettoBlaster Interview

GhettoBlaster album. Rather than remixing the eighties, he has made
tracks that sound like they are straight from the eighties, keeping

The CD is set for release in August, and on first listening to the tracks there was a wide variety of instrumentation and sounds – noting a marked progression and diversity in electronic music. Mark Farina - House of Om Interview
San Francisco house legend Mark Farina recently released House of Om, an uptempo mix of quality house music. Known for his downtempo acid jazz sets (the Mushroom Jazz sound) as well as his housey vibes, Mark travels the world as a "modern day traveling minstrel," spreading his unique sounds.
Starkillers Interview - Nick Terranova and Austin Leeds
From the track of WMC to the most-booked DJ, its been a wild year for
the Starkillers. The track "Diskoteka" definitely made the "beat go
boom" and launched Nick Terranova and Austin Leeds into the
stratosphere. Massive remixes of Paul Oakenfold, Iio, and
Creamer & K filled out the year that was punctuated by the
followup smash "Scream." You've got to love Nick & Austin, if only
for the simple fact that they are the first people I've interviewed to thank their parents for their support.
Don Diablo Interview

Netherlands are a good place to look. Home to Tiesto, Armin Van
Buuren, and Fedde Le Grand – Don Diablo managed to beat all three in
the recent GKA awards, the Oscars of the Dutch Dance Scene, where he
won the title of Most Popular DJ, as voted by the fans. His artist
album is set for international release featuring tracks that he
produced, mixed, and performed himself.

Interview with Ali Dubfire of Deep Dish
We caught up with Ali, aka Dubfire, of Deep Dish at the Mynt Ultra
Lounge in Miami during WMC where he was promoting the release of his
new Global Underground 31 Taipei mixed CD. Ali is best-known for his
grammy award-winning work with Deep Dish, yet 2007 sees him hitting
the solo trail with a DJ tour, number one remix (Robbie Rivera "Float
Away"), record label and productions. You have to wonder how one man
stays so busy and continues to release such incredible music?
Tiesto - Elements of Life Interview Tiesto
A DJ tour with 35 people? No, its not just a huge entourage. It's
the full stage show for Tiesto's latest tour for Elements of Life –
with visuals, staging, lighting, and live performers all centered
around Tiesto's new CD. Diving into the realms of rock and
experimental electronica, Tiesto's third artist album "Elements of
Life" will offer his fans a new glimpse of where he is at musically.
David Guetta Interview - Interview with David Guetta
Walking by the Cameo on Saturday night during WMC, it's easy to see
that F*** Me I'm Famous was a major event of the week. Throngs of
people were huddled for blocks on both sides of the street as the fire
marshals controlled entry to the club where David Guetta rocked the
decks. The response is typical of the warm reception David has
received on his first US tour preparing for the Ultra release of
"GuettaBlaster," buoyed by the singles "Love Don't Let Me Go," The
World Is Mine," and "Stay."
Interview with Tom Novy
You never know who you are going to run into in Miami. International
house producer/DJ Tom Novy is known for his bouncy disco house and
frisky DJ sets. His recent artist album "Pumpin'" spawned the
international club hits "Your Body," "Now or Never," and "Take It,"
which is getting major play on US dance radio. Chatting with Tom, you
quickly realize that his bouncy and upbeat music is a direct
reflection of his energetic personality.
Kerri Chandler Interview
The name of his website, SimplyCoolMusic.com, is a great description
for Kerri Chandler himself. Touring the world with his love of
soulful house music, he not only produces his own music but his own
equipment setups. If you see him in the middle of the dance floor
playing with lasers, don't be alarmed – that's just how he does it.
