NYC's own deep house producer Dennis Ferrer finally releases his much-awaited full-length CD album. Dennis has been heating up the dance floors and flooding the market with true house music. Dennis has produced many major names out there including Barbara Tucker, Martin Solveig and Kenny Bobien.
This CD has 11 songs, and right from the start with track number one, "Church Lady," will set the pace. This CD is one that shouldn't be missed. It brings back true deep house music but with an updated modern version.
There's a great blend of upbeat as well as lounge, instrumental and vocal (both male and female) tracks. I enjoyed how Dennis kept the diversity of the tracks while staying in the deep house genre. "Church Lady" is my favorite. but I also enjoyed "Underground is My House" as well as "How Do I Let Go."
If you like soulful deep house with the added flavors of tribal and gospel, then this one is a must.
