Musically, Kelly seems to have finally come into her own- teaming with dance legend Chris Cox to put together a tune that is both infectious and genuinely well put together. Many may not know what to think of the latest genre-hop for Osbourne but this one should definitely be taken seriously.With a traditional Coxish club-house arrangement, Kelly throws down a great vocal line, smoothly produced and effected to perfection. There's some progressive elements here as Cox layers pads and synths while building into and out of each chorus and taming things just as we fall back into each verse. The most memorable part of this arrangement is the vocal melody that will have itself lodged in your brain for hours. This little gem is sure to be the big hit of the summer clubbing season.
A2. Favela Funk Mix
This mix isn't as profound as the previous but is noteworthy nonetheless. Here, we've got a downtempo breakbeat version. We get the same vocal treatment here with a clearer look into what's going on lyrically. This one shouldn't be perceived as a dancefloor smash but is more for those early morning lounge gigs when a few bodies might want to get up and shake their thang.B1. Chris Cox Radio Mix
This take is very similar to Cox's Club approach but utilizes a bit more straightforward piano and a very cool house groove to keep things moving. The arrangement has taken some of the unnecessary segments and cut the play time in half.Overall, a great tune.
