I like my house this way deep, dark, and tribal. Set down in the underground, Lauren Marie delivers a fantastic vocal only outshined by the set of mixes included in this package. Let's get to it
The original mix is a New York-styled epic journey with faint hints at trance (which is how I like trance faint). It defiantly has that big-room, late 90's feel going on. The FP Dark Mix included is the one rocking my sets lately but it sounds as if it's simply a beefed up version of the original club mix. They use the same key structure, bassline, and mostly the same drum patterns. For what it's worth, the FP Dark Mix wins out for me though. Also included is a Crowd Control mix which, while not as good as the other two mixes, is a fun alternative. It isn't nearly as dark and, instead, goes along a more bouncy, Euro-Hi-NRG route.
I love finding underground, undiscovered gems like this one. Crowds, even down South where I'm from, seem to really appreciate new sounds as apposed to Britney and Christina and every other pop "diva" with a remix. If you keep your roots planted firmly in true house music, you're sure not to blow over.
