Rather marvelous remix from Mike Rizzo on the debut single from Leana punches out a magnificent Circuit-styled romp. Rizzo's Global Factory Club Mix is just a monster with its driving beat and the almost Flamenco edge that Rizzo adds to the percussion, which then explodes with excitement at the chorus. Eric Kupper's mix is darker yet prettier as it adds in a neatly effective vocoder effect to the background during the chorus along with gracefully blipping synth lines that bring a bittersweet edge to the song. Chris Cox goes for more of a chugging Tribal production on his Club Anthem mix, which is perhaps the least powerful of this mix set though the massive drum builds are notable and will appeal to fans of his recent mixes or of his earlier work with Thunderpuss. So with the Mike Rizzo mix perfect for peaktime play and the Kupper mix the noteworthy runner-up for warm ups and cool downs, "Dance With A Stranger" is a solid winner all round.
