Swedish artist Leana's single "Faith" has two big remixers behind it. Both Stonebridge and Lenny B. have added their talents on separate CD singles (yes, separate). I've been hearing this song (Stonebridge version) get a bit of play on satellite radio again lately, and it has also charted on the Billboard Hot Club Play list as well as on the dance chart.
I prefer the Stonebridge mixes because I feel they blend with her "Enya" style vocals perfectly. The Lenny B. remixes are good, too, but I feel that the mixes tend to have the music more upfront and drown out the vocals a bit.
Leana's other single "Dance With A Stranger" includes all the remixers; Mike Rizzo, Eric Kupper, Chris Cox and Peter Lorimer are all on the same CD single. It would have been nice if the Lenny B. and the Stonebridge were also all on one CD single, too, rather than the two separate CDs. She's got some big names behind her projects, and I am eager to hear what the future brings for Leana.
