Blue Hazes original mix, which was all written, produced, and even sung by Michael Burns, is first up. Its more in the vein of the laid-back house track I spoke of earlier. That doesnt make it useless in a DJs crate, its just not gonna get the floor in an uproar. On the production side of things, its well done. The bass, the drums, everything works together well even the vocal (that Im not too fond of) blends well. Bill Hamels mix on the other hand goes for a much more stylized feel. It would be great for late, late in the night when crowds are inching off the dancefloor. This is the better of the two easily.
Be warned though, this isnt for everyone; only discerning listeners need apply.
