Michael M - Dear Diary

Not all the songs launched during Winter Music Conference become instant buzz records that sell thousands of records; some have to be heard in the seedy underground to get the vibe. Case in point, Michael M's twisted "Dear Diary." Released on Miami's own Amplitude recordings, the electro-tinged track of depraved club life mocks the ultracool club kids as the singer journals his quest to get his record heard. The original electro mix packs a punch while the Control Freek and Evolved remixes will take the record further into the big rooms. Add to that a South Park-inspired animated video featuring various celebrities and the only question is whether DJs have the guts to play from the "Diary."
