Described as "cinematic and atmospheric," NAW's album City Saturate is just that. Chock-full of ambient melodies and surprisingly addictive beats, I haven't been able to stop listening to this album. Even the cosmic extra-terrestrial sounds are pleasing to my senses.
The mastermind behind the album, Neil Wiernik, achieves his signature sound by tweaking his equipment and programs. During a time when there's similar-sounding music on the scene, this new, quirky-at-times album is a much needed refresher. With City Saturate, NAW has restored this music-lover's faith in the electronic scene.
Great music as a background – not overpowering, allows you to multitask but come back every now and then and enjoy the beats and Neil's artistry. Definitely a keeper.
