Wow, who would have thought after all these years, we'd finally get updated remixes of quite possibly one of the biggest dance tracks of all time? While no mix will ever come close to the original mix from back in the 90s, but these updated mixes, I have to say, are top notch.

Let's start with the FnL mixes (Frisica & Lamboy). They offer up 3 versions: an anthemic mix with the amazing slow drop. The same version without the drop. And a Dub. These mixes are my favorite, especially the one including the famous slow breakdown. Top notch!

The Jack Rokka mix is hot as well. A hint of electro. Loving this one as well. Sort of reminds me of a electro-type Bimbo Jones mix, but it's not. Jack Rokka really works this one out too. I love the arcade sound effects. I will play this one out as well.

The Barratt & Falconi mix is also on the electro side. Although I love all the mixes, this one is probably my least favorite. However, I do still like it. This very much reminds me of a lighter Benassi remix. In fact, if I didn't know B&F did the mix, on first listen I would have first guessed Benassi.

All I can say for this remix package is how impressed I am. I was so scared the producers were going to ruin a very well known classic, but alas they did not. Like I said nothing will ever top the original but these mixes come close.

Final review:

FnL mixes – 4.5 out of 5

Jack Rokka – 3.5 out of 5

Barratt & Falconi – 3 out of 5
