Stay back! Stay far, far away from this one. It could be contagious… and by that I mean the icky, vomitous kind of contagious. Centaur (yet again being hit and miss) releases this audible turd of a CD to its more-than-willing-to-listen gay consumer. Some may not notice that a few of the tracks are past their prime… not me. Some may not notice that there's not one, not two, but THREE horrendous cover versions of hit songs on here….not me. And some may not notice that it seems as if DJ Randy Bettis went temporarily deaf while mixing between some of the songs… but defiantly not me! Let's get to it shall we?

Cover versions where the new singer is desperately trying to imitate the original really annoy me. Sure there are some good ones out there, but for the most part they all reek of Velveeta. Could someone explain why we need Jemini to redo Beyonce's mediocre Naughty Girl? Or for the wonderfully talented Michelle Weeks to redo the newly released Live You All Over by Deborah Cooper? In this particular instance it does nothing but confuse most customers. Finally, is it me or does Jason Walker's vocal on Tony Moran's mix of his Set It Free sound totally se-sung?

The mixing, which was simply outro to intro, would sound better using the crossfading function on Windows Media Player. Particularly dreadful was the very first mix from Simply Red into Kevin Aviance. I truly don't see how this passed quality control folks!
