"You Betta Work!!" Those immortal words were spoken by RuPaul about thirteen years ago, changing not only dancefloors, but popular culture. Following up last year's "Red Hot" release, RuPaul offers up a delicious helping of remixes for some of the "Red Hot" tracks, as well as rework of her perennial hit.

Kicking off the disc is RuPaul's signature track "Supermodel" mixed to breakbeat perfection and featuring additional vocals by Shirley Q. Liquor. This retro-tinged romp is a perfect blend of old and new and sets the stage for the eclectic remix collection that is to follow. RedTop's Club Vocal Mix of "Give it One More Try" surrounds electro beats in swirly rhythms that culminate with a lovely piano breakdown, creating one really interesting and wonderful track. Keeping up with the diversity, "Just a Little In & Out" veers to more of a hip-hop/R&B sound that really puts a unique spin on Ru. We are also given quite the treat in the form of Giuseppe D who contributes two really great remixes to the set, "The Lonely" and the daring "People are People." As if these mixes aren't enough, the best is yet to come in form of Junior Vasquez, Gomi, and Joe Carrano. All three remixers pack enough punch to catapult anyone to the dancefloor. Gomi's "Looking Good, Feeling Gorgeous" delivers attitude and fierce bounce that is sure to satisfy every listener.

Junior's house-rocking runway stomper "Work Out" is perfect for afterhours serving and prancing. If peak hour circuit is what you dig, look no further than Joe Carrano's driving, synth-heavy knockout remix of "Are You Man Enough?" Trust me, after these three tracks you'll be looking for a cold towel to cool down with. The set also offers two bonus tracks of "Coming Out of Hiding" (Trance Gender Mix) and another reconstruction of "Supermodel," this time by Craig C.

"Reworked" is a really great offering of some of RuPaul's newer material, with an even newer twist. While I think it would have been great to include some more of Ru's older material such as "Snapshot" or "A Shade Shady," the collection really does offer some diverse remixes that take RuPaul to all ends of the dance music spectrum.
