Studio B delivers a knockout follow up to last year's summer anthem "I See Girls" with "C'Mon Get It On". Studio B aka Si Hulbert cleverly takes the vocal elements of some old school hip-hop lyrics and gives it a perfect groovy house flavor. This will no doubt end up on countless compilations, various mixshows and will be melting the dancefloors all summer long. The mixes are as hot and tasteful as the girls on the CD Cover. Starting out with the Radio Edits from The Young Punx and the Original Radio Edit. The Club Mixes consist of The Young Punx Club Mix, giving it a more electro vibe, making it a little more edgy then the rest of the mixes. The best mix of the bunch comes from the Freemasons' Remix and Dub, not that it should surprise anyone as they have been on fire for more then a year now.
Studio B - C'Mon Get It On
LoadedThey give their
mix a more discofunky groove mix and use the full vocal mix on the
remix and a fair amount on the Dub as well. The Original Club Mix
gives it a healthy combination of Electro, Rock, and a funky groove
that Judge Jules has been playing it in his BBC Radio 1 Saturday Night
Warm-Up Mixshow, giving it a more underground flavor but
mainstream-sounding at the same time. The Damien J Carter Remix goes
for the more Rock sound a la Bodyrocker's "I Like The Way You Move"
and should satisfy the dancefloor appetite as well. Overall, expect
this to be heard everywhere you go. For if you don't, you're probably
in the wrong place.
