Latino's contribution to the dual set features Top 40-styled Radio Play tracks from around the globe. Dance Artists like Danii Minouge, Eric Prydz, and Tina Ann all have spots on this new disc. Latino also has a few surprises in store for the listener, including a Piper-remixed track by country recording artist Wynonna Judd, who remakes the 80s love theme "I Wanna Know What Love Is." The inclusion of Shape:Uk's "Lola's Theme" is also worth mentioning, as Vic Latino rounds out the mainstream portion of the set with the E-Smoove remix of Kevin Lyttle's "Turn Me On."
The Ultra Dance set is one of my personal picks, for its all inclusive overview of popular dance music, from around the world. In addition to staying true to what is popular, the series has remained a commercial success, in part due to its inclusion on the shelves of retail giant Wal-Mart. For dance fans around the world, Ultra Dance 6 (released January 24th, 2005) is a funky, disco-influenced must-have, mixed by two of the dance industry's legends.
