Speaking of creative – listen to what has been fashioned and you hear the keyboards playing off the drums, and the drums playing off the bassline and just when the first vocal loops come in they drop right out and in come some amazing 'sizzles' from synths and then before you can escape (as if you would want to), the listener is literally caught in an onslaught of keyboard stabs, bass stabs, percussion stabs and then the lyrics come in. With the energy at full throttle, the background is shuffling just a bit, but here as opposed to the Matt Piso mix, it is done the right way and you feel yourself go with the mix, not against it. An incredibly layered and detailed mix, the obvious work that DJ Yiannis put into the all of the different components of this track is dazzling and a treat for any listener.
Take a listen to the stellar magic he creates with the 'rewinding' synths in the break – seriously HOT! And just when you think you will begin to hear some of the same production repeated, he changes that and with another drop you are treated to an amazing ability of coordination, as Yiannis perfectly matches the drums and vocals in a second-by-second, beat-by-beat build-up and suddenly Vernessa Mitchell asks you – 'How Can Love You Somebody Else?" I'm assuming, of course, she's talking about DJ Yiannis.
