As a snapshot of what’s hot and what’s now on the Gay Circuit scene, White Party Volume 6 dishes out exactly what the shirtless masses are dancing to down at this year’s White Party in Miami. Including current hot-listed anthems from the likes of Shape:UK (a.k.a. Shapeshifters) with the Victor Calderone remix of their massive "Lola’s Theme," Soul Central’s cover of the early House legend "Strings Of Life," and the Mike Cruz Tribal Vox of "You Move Me" from perennial Circuit darling Amber, as well as lesser known gems like DJ Dave Hansen & Twisted Dee’s "Autumn Beguine," Ralphi Rosario with "Mas Energia" and "Ewoheway" by Friscia & Lamboy which all pound along heavy dose of Latin flavor.
Some of the other highlights from this CD would be the solid Tribal treat of Ralphi Rosario's remix of Alyson’s single "Feel You," Mike Cruz’s take on Seduction’s "Feel Brand New," and Rob Mirage’s "Forever" with its blend of seductive male vocals and guitar lines reminiscent of Carlos Santana’s work.
DJ David Knapp does a commendable job of letting the CD breath in and out, intermixing soaring vocal tracks with hypnotically luring instrumentals making White Party Volume 6 an ideal CD for warming you up for a night out on the town.
