Robyn manages to make the most enjoyable songs about loneliness, pain, and heartache. Somehow, over the course of her career, she has been telling us (repeatedly!) how much she wants someone. "Be Mine!", "With Every Heartbeat", "The Girl & The Robot", and now "Dancing On My Own". Eventually she's going to have to win this person over! Until then, she can keep cranking out these electronic ballads, because they are fantastic. "Dancing On My Own" has the songstress pairing with producer Kleerup again with stellar results. This is a sing-along heartbreak anthem that has us drooling for Body Talk Pt. 1. Remixes run in a variety of styles, but we are mostly grooving on how amazingly uplifting the Buzz Junkies made the track. This is the type of mainstream mix Robyn fans have been waiting for, and while Chew Fu, Jakwob, and Rex the Dog do a great job with the material...the Buzz Junkies just hit the sweet spot with their mix. With Robyn's careful planning and structured system of releasing singles and working with other artists, it doesn't really feel like all that long ago when we first started grooving on "Konichiwa Bitches". Welcome back anyway, Robyn!
