As one who witnessed the Ultra Music Festival 7, I must say this
compilation does afantastic job of capturing the various sounds
presented this year. Massive tracks from several genres fill this CD
with the spirit of massive partying. Out of the sixteen tracks on this
CD, sixteen of them would hold their own at the height of a related DJ
set. I don't mean these are huge commercial-sounding tunes, but rather
that Ultra managed to pick some of the best EDM available today.
I can't mention just a few names on this album, as everyone on it is equally talented. So, envision sixteen wicked tracks from: Tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Mylo, Dieselboy + Kaos, Armin ban Buuren, Infected Mushroom, Sander Kleinenberg, Morillo feat Terra Deva, Carl Cox, VHS or Beta, Steve Lawler, Adam Freeland, Junkie XL, Infusion, The Crystal Method, and Rabbit in the Moon. Yeah, it's that kind of good
